Dakota CUSD 201 School District is seeking a Head Coach for Dakota Jr/Sr High School to lead the athletic program with vision, integrity, and a commitment to student development. Compensation Range: $3,988-$5,185
Purpose Of The Position: To assist and guide student-athletes in developing athletic skills, discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and citizenship while promoting a safe and positive learning environment. The coach is responsible for administering the assigned athletic program in accordance with IHSA, NFHS, District #201 Board Policies, and the District Athletic Handbook.

Requires moderate in-district travel and occasional in-state and out-of-state travel for competitions. Work includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular hours during the athletic season.
Performance will be evaluated by the Athletic Director and/or Building Principal in accordance with District policies and procedures.
