• Model the National Federation Coaches Code of Ethics and ensure sportsmanship.
• Have full control of the team in coaching and discipline decisions.
• Supervise all assistant coaches (paid and volunteer) and attend relevant meetings.
• Develop organized daily practice plans with warm-up and cool-down routines.
• Supervise safety, equipment, facilities, and travel for games and practices.
• Assist with recruitment, fundraising events, and community outreach.
• Report game results to media and Athletic Director and manage paperwork.
