Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid CT Coaching Certificate #600 or Proof of Application.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Concussion Training completed or in-progress.

Responsibilities

• Lay down and enforce strict training rules for the squad.
• Oversee team dress, conduct, and behavior in games, practices, trips and locker rooms.
• Maintain supervision of equipment, locker rooms, and travel logistics.
• Coordinate schedules, trips, and equipment purchases with the Athletic Director.
• Ensure athletes have medical clearance, insurance, and eligibility for interscholastic competition.
• Prepare season reports and supervise assistants to ensure smooth program operation.
