St. Croix Preparatory Academy is seeking an assistant varsity girls basketball coach to help develop players and foster a strong team culture.

You will support practices, games, and basketball clinics, and assist in implementing fundamental skills and game concepts under the direction of the head coach. The role reports to the Activities Director and Girls Basketball Head Coach; the season aligns with the MSHSL calendar, with 5-6 after-school days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Prefer applicants who played basketball competitively.
• Coaching experience is preferred.
• Must align with school mission and policies.

Purpose

To provide an opportunity for the development of the fundamental skills necessary to participate in a High School varsity/junior varisity athletic program.

Qualifications/Experience

Prefer that applicants participated competitively in basketball, coaching experience preferred.

Reports to

St. Croix Preparatory Academy Activities Director and Girls Basketball Head Coach

General Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily coaching duties, not limited to, practices, games, and clinics.
• All other Coaching duties as assigned by the Activities Director or Head Coach.
• Follow St. Croix Preparatory Academy Mission and Philosophies.

Duration Of Season

Weeks: Based on MSHSL General Calendar set for Basketball as a Varsity/JV sport.

After School - Practices & Games, 5-6 days per week.

Public Performance: Scheduled matches and practices.

Compensation: To be determined by St. Croix Prep's Activities Office.
