Qualifications

• Must possess valid NFHS approved Certificates in coaching and safety.
• Familiarity with AIA organization rules and procedures.
• Ability to foster beneficial relationships with students and community.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the objectives of the sports program under the Head Coach.
• Develop positive relationships with students, parents and the community.
• Demonstrate effective coaching theories and techniques.
