Requirements / Qualifications

NOTE: Internal applicants are required to submit a current Letter of Introduction, an updated Resume, and any additional required documents (new or updated) not already on file. Substitutes must submit ALL required documents.

• Certificate Copy (Fundamentals of Coaching Education; Concussion; Sudden Cardiac Arrest and Heat Illness Prevention - Must be valid within the last 2 years)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (Must have valid CPR & First Aid Certificates)
• Driver's License Copy (Must be valid)
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must submit two letters dated within the last 12 months)
• Proof of High School Graduation (or equivalent)
• Resume

Minimum Requirements: Recent successful high school coaching experience at the appropriate level is preferred.
