Reports to: Athletic Director (or designee)

Salary: $1,500.00 per the NDEA Collective Bargaining Agreement

Salary for Non-Niles Community Schools’ Teachers:

The coaching stipend will be determined by the Athletic Director

Niles Community Schools is looking for a dynamic Girls Varsity Assistant Soccer Coach to improve the culture and helps to build the Niles Soccer program. Highly-effective communication skills and professionalism required for daily interaction with a diverse workforce, student population, building administration and community.

Qualifications:

• Soccer coaching experience
• Supervisory experience with youths
• Teaches soccer skills and develops team atmosphere

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate both off-season and in-season soccer programs
• Support the program and work with Girls Varsity Soccer Coach and Athletic Director on all aspects of the program
• Follow the rules and regulations of the MHSAA and Niles Community Schools
• Coordinate parent/family communication
