Responsibilities
  • Understand and embody our mission, values, and objectives
  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Properly store ingredients to prevent spoilage
  • Monitor food and storage temperatures
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
  • Follow all food safety regulations
  • Wash and store kitchenware properly
