The Cashier plays a key role in creating the Spinato’s Experience by being one of the first and last points of contact for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Accurately take and process orders at the counter for delivery and to-go.
• Take payments for to‑go and delivery orders and maintain the cash drawer.
• Communicate with the kitchen about the status of paid orders.
• Double‑check all items and provide necessary condiments, utensils, and packaging and help guests out to the car if needed.
• Communicate order status with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
• Assist guests with directions or information (e.g., seater podium, restrooms, bar).
• Back up other front‑of‑house positions as needed.

Phone Attendant Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls within two rings using professional phone etiquette.
• Take orders quickly and accurately, paying close attention to details such as addresses, credit card information, and special instructions.
• Provide accurate pick‑up and delivery times.
• Answer guest questions and take messages for management when needed.
• Support other team members and help ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications & Skills
