Job summary

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) seeks reliable, tech-savvy merchandisers for project-based, gig-style work across our in-store programs. This is not traditional employment, but flexible assignments managed by our field team.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on client and assignment. Responsibilities include resets, planogram execution, audits, and data entry via smartphone with live photo uploads in-store.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with resets and general merchandising.
• Own an Android or iPhone with reliable internet and can submit surveys/photos live.
• Able to handle data-heavy surveys and reports.
• Organized, dependable, self-motivated, and able to plan ahead.
• Reliable transportation and a valid, non-expired driver’s license.
• Able to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Daily email access and reliable phone/text communication.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, kneel, reach up and down, lift and carry boxes up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete all types of resets, from simple updates to full aisle changes.
• Read, understand, and accurately follow planograms.
• Perform audits, place and maintain POP and POS materials, pull and plug products, and handle other merchandising tasks as needed.
• Use your smartphone to enter data, submit detailed surveys, and upload clear, high-quality photos live while in the store.
• Enable location permissions on your smartphone for project verification.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with store staff.
• Take full responsibility for your assigned area, completing all work offered fully and on time.
