Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to perform selling and customer service duties, greeting customers promptly and guiding buying decisions. The role emphasizes product demonstrations, restocking, and maintaining pricing accuracy in a team-oriented environment.

The position is part-time with a starting pay range of $14.00–$16.75 per hour. Training will build product knowledge to offer expert recommendations and help customers access CLUB Membership and in-store pickup options.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Demonstrate products and explain features to customers.
• Replenish and stock shelves according to merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain product knowledge through training to stay an expert.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and pricing/signage.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and well stocked with supplies.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by assessing needs and recommending products.
