Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selections. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them in making informed buying decisions, ensuring a legendary experience in every interaction.

The role emphasizes merchandise replenishment, pricing accuracy, and adherence to merchandising standards while promoting club programs and in-store pickup. A high school education or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to provide a world class shopping experience.
• Demonstrate products to customers and provide information and direction.
• Replenish and restock merchandise on shelves per guidelines.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Maintain a clean, neat and stocked work area and follow company policies.
