Job Summary:
Reporting to the Gift Operations Manager, the Gift Operations Coordinator is responsible for entering and updating donation information in databases and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data. Duties include processing contributions, stewarding and acknowledging supporters, maintaining the donor database, assisting with reports, and responding to donor inquiries. This role requires astute attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with supporters and teammates.
