GT School is seeking a full-time Honors Program Mentor to work on-site in Austin (Georgetown), TX, with relocation support. You will deliver one-hour life-skills workshops and mentor gifted K–12 students using GT School's curriculum and your academic expertise. This role emphasizes advanced mentorship, data-driven progress tracking, and a commitment to accelerating learning beyond standard classrooms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with demonstrated academic excellence.
• At least 3 years of coaching, mentoring, or teaching experience.
• Elite academic signal: fellowships, medals, or equivalent achievements.
• Daily use of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-hour life-skills workshops to a cohort of 15–20 K–12 students using GT School's curriculum and your academic expertise.
• Run individualized motivation sessions and track progress using analytics tools.
• Administer mastery-based Test2Pass assessments to confirm skill retention.
• Adapt delivery in real time with storytelling and AI-personalized instruction to challenge students.
• Track progress toward 100% goal completion and 95% student satisfaction.
