Job summary

Barbour County Schools is seeking a Gifted Instructor (1/2 time) itinerant for the 2026/2027 school year. The position reports to the Principal and requires a valid West Virginia Gifted certificate. Itinerant duties imply travel within Barbour County to support gifted learners across elementary settings.

This half-time role is part of a 200-day contract with compensation based on the CBOE salary schedule, plus a competitive benefits package estimated at about 35% of direct compensation.
