• T eaches grade-appropriate, mandated curriculum.
• Develops and delivers lesson plans for in-person and virtual learning with evidence of preparation.
• Communicates with students, parents, and district personnel via phone, email, or video.
• Creates an engaging classroom environment for academic growth and social-emotional development.
• Assesses progress, maintains records, and reports attendance and achievement.
