Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education is required.
• Elementary certification is required.
• Gifted Education endorsement or certification (or willingness to pursue) is required.
• Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to gifted learners and teachers at multiple sites based on building goals and initiatives.
• Implement differentiated instructional strategies designed for gifted learners.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and district staff to expand gifted opportunities in general education settings.
• Integrate culturally relevant teaching practices and pedagogy.
• Monitor students' progress and maintain accurate records.
