Job summary

GT School is seeking a full-time Education Mentor to guide a cohort of gifted K–12 students in Austin, TX, delivering AI-enhanced life-skills workshops and motivation sessions. You will personalize instruction, track progress with Coachbot analytics, and elevate students toward mastery with no classroom management duties.

Requirements include a top-tier bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years coaching or teaching, plus a strong track record of academic excellence and reliable AI tool usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university or equivalent.
• Master’s degree is a plus for the role.
• 3+ years of coaching, mentoring, or teaching experience.
• Daily use of generative AI tools to enhance learning.

Responsibilities

• Coach a cohort of 15–20 K–12 students on life skills and accelerated learning.
• Conduct motivation sessions using analytics to track progress.
• Administer mastery-based assessments to confirm skill retention.
• Adapt delivery in real time using storytelling and AI-personalized instruction.
• Track progress toward high satisfaction and 100% goal completion.
