Maranacook Community Middle School & Readfield Elementary School is seeking a part-time Gifted and Talented teacher for Fall 2026. The role focuses on delivering GT services within the regular classroom through differentiated instruction.

Collaboration with general education teachers is essential to maximize student benefit. The successful candidate will support a multi-tier GT program, handling a caseload spanning grades K-8 for the 2026-2027 year.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of current research, theory, and pedagogy as it relates to GT services.
• Successful experience working with school age children Certification: Current State of Maine K-12 (690) Gifted and Talented Specialist Certification
