Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Ensure consistent customer service, establish rapport, assist customers with selection and purchases.
• Daily Operations - Operate cash register, fax, credit card, copier, computer; reconcile cash receipts and deposits.
• Merchandising and Shipment Processing - Restock merchandise, manage packing slips, coordinate with buyers and vendors.
• Confidentiality - Protect patient/family information at all times.
