Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 21 years of age or older is required.
• One year of prior sales or guest services preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft applications, email, and internet.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store.
• Provide gracious hospitality and professional guest service.
• Sell products confidently and maintain shop appearance.
• Process purchases via POS, handling transactions and cash per policies.
• Maintain knowledge of products and communicate with customers.
• Ensure the Gift Shop is neat and organized at all times.
