Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s Liberty Campus Gift Shop is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate. Expect to assist customers, process sales at the register, open/close the shop as a key holder, and stock merchandise. Attention to detail and reliability are important for smooth daily operations.

You will handle inventory, pricing checks, and packing slips while coordinating with volunteers; confidentiality of patient information must be maintained in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and operate the register; stand for entire shift.
• Open and close the Gift Shop as a key holder.
• Manage daily operations: operate cash register, fax, credit card, copier, and computer; reconcile cash receipts and deposits.
• Merchandising and shipment processing: restock, verify pricing, coordinate with buyers, and manage stock levels.
