The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection on Alabama's Gulf Coast is seeking an Oak and Azalea Retail Attendant to craft a welcoming shopping experience for guests in the gift shop. You will ensure the shop is organized and presentable while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and assist with product selection.
• Attention to inventory accuracy and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer warmly, assist with product selection, and answer questions regarding prices, usage, and store layout.
• Accurately process sales transactions, apply discounts, provide correct change, and wrap or bag merchandise.
• Assist with inventory management, maintain stock levels, and monitor merchandise quality and availability.
• Adhere to store security procedures and deter theft or suspicious activity.
• Collaborate with the resort Concierge to promote amenities and guest services.
• Ensure gift shop is clean, organized, and presents attractive displays.
