Per diem - 3:00pm - 7:00pm. Strong opportunity to pick up hours at other gift shop locations. Position requires heavy Barista work.

Job Summary:

The Gift Shop Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting to achieve the store's financial and sales performance goals. Acts as a Barista for our coffee bar at the Virtua Marlton Hospital.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Utilize the Point-of-Sale system proficiently and accurately process all transactions.
2. Execute store opening and closing according to policy.
3. Maintain properly stocked shelves and product displays for an attractive store.
4. Communicate frequently with Retail Manager and Retail Coordinator regarding customer requests, inventory/supply needs, and suggestions to increase sales.
5. Receive all inventory in POS System according to procedure and prices, and place merchandise in store in a timely manner.
6. Engage with customers to promote retail products.

• Required Experience: Excellent customer service skills and general mathematical aptitude.
