Buc-ee's Ltd. is seeking a Gift/Merchandise Sales Associate to enhance the Buc-ee’s experience by receiving, stocking, and merchandising gift items.

The role involves creating visual merchandising displays to attract guests to the gift department and connect them with items that enhance their visit. The essential functions include pricing, merchandising, selling, and providing exceptional customer service, with opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail, customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
Must be able to function in a fast-paced, high pressure work environment.
Must be able to stand and walk on a hard or concrete surface for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

Pricing, merchandising, and selling tasks.
Communicate professionally and build positive relationships with management and team members.
Execute visual presentation through pricing and merchandising.
Illustrate competent use of POS and transaction devices for receiving and checking in of goods.
Identify and resolve customer and store needs with moderate supervision.
Perform other duties as required.
