Job summary

CROSSMARK in Spring Hill, Florida is hiring a Gift Card Territory Specialist. This full-time role merchandises gift cards and products at local retail stores, building strong relationships with store personnel and communicating new product launches.

The ideal candidate is independent, adaptable and tech-savvy, capable of routing a territory, completing reports and training while contributing to sales for the client. Comprehensive benefits and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail merchandising experience.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Willing to travel within the designated market.
• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM (evenings occasionally).
• Must have access to a computer and printer.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Lift 25 pounds regularly, stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock gift cards and products on fixtures according to planograms.
• Correct in-store merchandise issues as needed.
• Work closely with store employees to build partnerships.
• Replace graphic signage and clean dedicated fixtures and displays.
• Complete store visit reports, paperwork, and ongoing training.
• Route and manage the schedule independently, ensuring territory visits are covered.

Description and Requirements

The full-time Brand Advocate will effectively and efficiently merchandise products at local retail stores while building relationships with key personnel. This integral role is primarily responsible for communicating new product launches and existing product information to store management and personnel. The BA will also drive sales for the client. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, enthusiastic, and a tenacious troubleshooter.

What You’ll Do :

What We’re Looking For :

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance.

• Available to travel within the designated market and willing to transport supplies.

• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM (evenings are required periodically).

• Must have access to a computer and printer.

• Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Lift 25 pounds regularly, stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for the duration of shifts.
