CROSSMARK is seeking a Gift Card Territory Specialist in Saint Louis, MO. This full-time role involves merchandising at local retail stores, communicating product launches to store staff, and driving sales for the client. The candidate should be adaptable, energetic, and capable of independent travel within the territory.

The role requires 1+ years in retail merchandising, a valid driver’s license, computer access, and proficiency with Excel/Word. Competitive benefits and training are provided.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of retail merchandising experience.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance.
• Available to travel within the designated market and willing to transport supplies.
• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM (evenings periodically).
• Must have access to a computer and printer.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Lift 25 pounds regularly, stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for the duration of shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise and stock gift cards and products on fixtures according to the planograms.
• Correct in-store merchandise issues as needed.
• Work closely with store employees to build partnerships.
• Replace graphic signage and cleaning dedicated fixtures and displays.
• Complete store visit reports, paperwork, and ongoing training.
• Route and manage the schedule independently, ensuring the territory visits are covered.

Description and Requirements

The full-time Brand Advocate will effectively and efficiently merchandise products at local retail stores while building relationships with key personnel. This integral role is primarily responsible for communicating new product launches and existing product information to store management and personnel. The BA will also drive sales for the client. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, enthusiastic, and a tenacious troubleshooter.
