Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandising Representative to promote products in various stores around Olney, Maryland. You will participate in paid training, work both independently and as part of a team, and help drive in-store execution for nationally distributed brands.

Responsibilities include stocking displays, ensuring planogram compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with store staff. Candidates should be physically able to lift, travel, and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
