Job summary

CROSSMARK in COLORADO SPRINGS is seeking a full-time Brand Advocate who will merchandise products at local retail stores and communicate new product launches to store personnel. You will drive sales for the client, build partnerships with staff, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail merchandising, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the market.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail merchandising experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel within the designated market.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock gift cards and products on fixtures according to planograms.
• Correct in-store merchandise issues as needed.
• Work closely with store employees to build partnerships.
• Replace graphic signage and dedicated fixtures and displays.
• Complete store visit reports, paperwork, and ongoing training.
• Route and manage the schedule independently, ensuring territory visits are covered.
