Job summary

UNLV invites applications for the Associate Director, Gift Administration, UNLV Advocacy, Communication, and Donor Relations. The role focuses on creating and approving gift agreements, developing policies, and ensuring accurate records across UNLV Foundation systems.

It requires collaborating with development leaders, campus leadership, and donors to ensure compliant documentation. The position will also train development officers, manage signature workflows, and support stewardship initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and five to seven years of related experience.
• Preferred seven to nine years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and approve gift agreements and related documentation.
• Develop, implement, and oversee gift agreement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate signature processes and distribution of signed agreements.
• Assist donor relations to advance stewardship of donors.
• Lead projects improving gift policy processes and data integrity.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
