Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Warrenville, IL, is seeking a skilled Endoscopy Suite Support professional to assist in the GI room under general supervision. You will ensure instrumentation, supplies, and sterile technique are ready for procedures and help maintain efficient turnover between cases.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a BCLS certification, and at least 1 year of Endoscopic Suite experience.

Qualifications

• Endoscopy/GI room support experience.
• Certified in basic life support (BCLS).
• Proficient in maintaining sterile technique and handling surgical instruments.

Responsibilities

• Assists with GI room setup, turnover, cleaning, and restocking.
• Maintains sterile technique in opening of surgical supplies and instrumentation.
• Cleans, prepares and decontaminates GI scopes and equipment.
• Provides for aseptic technique throughout surgical procedure in a safe, efficient manner.
• Observes, recognizes, and anticipates common surgical complications, and assists with emergency care as needed.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
