Advocate Health’s Aurora Medical Center - Grafton is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for GI services. The role is full time, 36 hours per week (.9 FTE), with a schedule of Mon-Fri 07:30-18:30 and a mix of 8- and 10-hour shifts.

Call rotation includes one weeknight per week, one weekend every 5-6 weeks, and 1-2 holidays per year, with 30-minute response time. The ideal candidate will have completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license in the state, plus BLS certification.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Deliver care consistent with established standards, policies and procedures; use evidence-based practice and clinical judgment.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and a high-quality patient experience across the continuum.
