Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Staff Nurse for Highland Park Hospital with the ability to float to Evanston, Skokie and Glenbrook as needed. Hours are 7a-5:30p, 32 hours per week, with call shifts and occasional weekend coverage.

A sign-on bonus of $10K is offered, and the role emphasizes safe, compassionate nursing care across patient populations. The ideal candidate will be an NLN-accredited RN graduate, licensed in IL with BLS and ACLS, with CCU/ED and telemetry experience preferred and BSN

Qualifications

• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of Nursing required
• BSN strongly preferred
• IL RN license required
• CPR: BLS & ACLS required (AHA)
• Critical Care/ ED and telemetry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
