Job summary

UCHealth Gastroenterology in Longmont, CO, is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a 100% outpatient GI clinic. The role emphasizes independent patient care with strong physician collaboration, seeing up to 14 patients daily, and a schedule that supports work-life balance. Visa assistance is not available.

GI experience preferred; excellent patient care is the focus. Minimum requirements include PA or NP advanced degree, relevant licensure/certification, DEA, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Unrestricted Colorado PA license or eligible.
• NCCPA PA-C certification required.
• Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe medications.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Join a growing outpatient GI team and provide independent patient care with physician collaboration.
• See up to 14 patients per day in a busy clinic, with strong teamwork and mentorship.
• Maintain EPIC EMR system usage and participate in continuous quality care.
