Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses at LVN I/II/III levels for GI care at the Main Campus in Houston. Nurses will provide patient care under supervision, with increasing responsibilities at higher levels.

Requirements include graduation from an approved LVN program, Texas LVN license, BLS certification, and 6+ months in a clinical setting. LVN II/III require additional years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved vocational nursing program.
• Current and valid Texas LVN license.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• LVN I — provides nursing care to patients in an assigned clinical area under supervision.
• LVN II — includes all duties of LVN I.
• LVN III — includes all duties of LVN I/II.

Education

Texas LVN license (current and valid)

BLS certification (American Heart Association)
