Job summary

Endeavor Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver safe and compassionate care across patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the plan of care in collaboration with the clinical team.

This full‑time role offers a $10K sign‑on bonus with 1 year Endo/GI experience, weekday hours, on‑call shifts, and weekend duties. A BSN is strongly preferred, an IL RN license is required, and CPR/BLS is mandatory with PALS/ACLS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN accredited school of Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred.
• IL RN license required.
• CPR: BLS (AHA) mandatory.
• PALS and ACLS within 6 months of start.
• Critical Care/Emergency Department experience highly preferred.
• Telemetry monitoring experience preferred in Medical-Surgical setting.

Responsibilities

• The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• The Staff Nurse will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
