Mercy is seeking a Manager-Nursing Services in the GI Lab at Mercy Hospital Southeast, Cape Girardeau, MO. This full-time, salary-exempt role supports the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, high-quality patient care and leads staff in Med Surg and Outpatient areas.

The position requires a nursing degree, Missouri RN licensure, at least three years of procedural nursing experience, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Missouri RN license and/or compact licensure required.
• Experience: Minimum three years nursing experience in procedural area; leadership experience preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Other: Demonstrates skill in human relations and communications; broad understanding of patient care processes.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, quality care and managing staffing in Med Surg and Outpatient Departments.
• Ensure efficient resource utilization and meet productivity and financial goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and other departments to improve processes and communication across the hospital.
