A well-known medical health group in the Southeast is excited to welcome a BC/BE gastroenterologist to their Medical Center in Jackson, MS. This 650-bed medical center is in the state’s capital, and they currently have opportunities for GI hospitalists, general gastroenterologists, and advanced endoscopists. This great opportunity boasts work/life balance, a seasoned GI support team, and above-market compensation.

GI Hospitalist Position Highlights:

1. Join an established practice with guaranteed volume
2. 7 on/7 off GI Hospitalist service
3. Two to three APP providers who also assist with new patient consultations
4. Minimal evening/night calls with APPs taking the first call
5. Admitted to medical hospitalists unless emergent
6. ERCP is required and EUS is optional, though an advanced fellowship is not required
7. J1 and H1B visas can be accommodated
8. Competitive compensation (base salary plus production) in the 95 percentiles of the current MGMA
