Job summary

The University of California, Davis School of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology, is recruiting for 1 full-time faculty member at the Assistant/Associate Professor rank in Gastroenterology.

The successful candidate will provide gastroenterology care and teaching, perform endoscopy, and contribute to education of medical students, residents and fellows at ambulatory sites in the greater Sacramento region.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent degree required.
• Teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level.
• Strong clinical skills and interest in Gastroenterology.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding general gastroenterology care.
• Teach medical students, residents and fellows.
• Provide gastroenterology consultation and endoscopy at ambulatory sites; share call at UC Davis Medical Center.

Education

MD, MD/PhD, D.O. or equivalent degree

Teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level

Strong clinical skills and interest in Gastroenterology
