Job summary

UPMC Gastroenterology in Harrisburg, PA seeks a GI Hospitalist to join our team and expand clinical services in central Pennsylvania. You will treat patients with a broad range of GI conditions and collaborate with APPs in a 7on/7off schedule to deliver high-quality care close to home.

The role emphasizes teamwork, continuous learning, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. Procedures include upper/lower endoscopy and capsule endoscopy; ERCP is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program and experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.

Responsibilities

• Care for GI patients with a wide range of GI conditions.
• Work alongside APPs in a week on/week off structure (7on/7off).
• Perform procedures including Upper and Lower Endoscopy, Flex Sig, Variceal Banding, Capsule Endoscopy; ERCP preferred but not required.
