Job summary

UPMC is seeking a GI Hospitalist in Harrisburg, PA to join our Gastroenterology team. The physician will treat patients with a broad range of GI conditions and help expand clinical services in central Pennsylvania, delivering high-quality, compassionate care close to home.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program; experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.
• Eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Strong collaboration with APPs and physicians.
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with a wide range of GI conditions.
• Perform GI procedures including upper and lower endoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, variceal banding, and capsule endoscopy.
• ERCP preferred but not required.
• Collaborate with APPs in a 7on/7off schedule and engage in consult management.
