Job summary

Howard County GI is seeking an Endoscopy Tech to support our team in Maryland. You will assist the endoscopy group during procedures, arrange sterile setups, and help move patients while maintaining the room’s cleanliness and organization.

The role includes inventory control, shipping/receiving, and ensuring supplies meet patient care needs, under RN supervision. Schedule is 3 days per week, on-site, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years experience in endoscopy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists endoscopy team during procedures.
• Prepares and inventories sterile setup for operation and passes items.
• Assists in moving patients and cleaning the endoscopy room.
• Provides centralized distribution and control of supplies and equipment.
• Manages shipping/receiving and tracks inventory per facility procedures.

Job Summary: Assists endoscopy team during endoscopy procedures. Arranges and inventories sterile set-up for operation and passes items as needed to the endoscopy team. Assists in preparing and moving patients, and in cleaning the endoscopy room. The Endo Tech is responsible for the provision of care to meet identified patient outcomes and to achieve the goals of the facility as directed by the Registered Nurse. Provides a centralized distribution and control of supplies and equipment to the facility. In charge of shipping and receiving, stores prepared articles and supplies in designated areas. Maintains and tracks inventory according to facility procedures.

• High School graduate or GED
• CPR
• two years experience in endoscopy preferred

Pay Range- Min: $19.60 to Max: $28.42
