Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with GI procedures or ambulatory surgery centers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures.
• Admit, assess, and educate patients prior to procedures.
• Prepare procedure rooms and assist physicians during procedures.
• Monitor patients during recovery and ensure safe discharge.
• Educate patients and families on post-procedure care.
• Coordinate care with providers and clinical staff.
• Document patient information and updates accurately.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
• Support daily clinic and procedural operations, including equipment processing and room turnover.
