Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) in Spokane, WA. You will independently apply the nursing process across the lifespan, triage patients, and coordinate care with physicians/APPs in a clinic setting.

BSN preferred, BLS required, ACLS may be required after hire. Two years of clinic RN experience is preferred; transition to practice offered for less experienced candidates. Sign-on bonus available for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in WA or MLS equivalent.
• BSN degree preferred; ongoing professional development encouraged.
• Active BLS Certification required; ALS may be required after hire depending on site.
• Typically 2+ years RN experience; clinic setting preferred.
• Transition to Practice available for those with less experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Independently triage patients in person or via phone/secure messages.
• Collaborate with Physicians/APPs and clinic team to coordinate care.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to team members with competence and supervision.
• Promote ethical, holistic care and support patient and family education.
