Job summary

SSM Health in Bridgeton, MO seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide leadership to clinic staff and manage daily operations. The role involves clinical duties, policy development, and collaboration with providers to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of RN experience and a valid nursing license; incumbent will oversee training and ensure compliance with health standards in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• One year RN experience.
• State licensure as RN in Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, or eligible via compact states.

Responsibilities

• Leads or coordinates daily operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
• Monitors and reviews progress of work and compliance with policies and/or procedures.
• Serves as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff.
• Oversees and evaluates orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in staff performance reviews.
• Works with providers in the clinic and performs administrative duties; performs vitals; designs and implements clinical policies and procedures.
• Applies evidence-based practice to nursing care and ensures care is patient-centered.
• Maintains alertness and safety in all tasks; performs other duties as assigned.
