Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to support the Digestive Care GI clinic at the Phalen Blvd, St. Paul location. The role focuses on evaluating new GI liver patients, managing chronic GI conditions, and collaborating with a GI team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program completed.
• Experience: 1 year preferred (minimum no prior requirement stated).
• Licensure: MN APRN/PA license and MN RN license; DEA and BLS.
• Certification: APP certification or APRN specialty certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage full GI patient caseload and new patient assessments.
• Provide ongoing chronic disease management for GI patients.
• Coordinate care with GI physicians and team members.
• Maintain CME requirements and professional licensure.
