Job summary

Probity Inc. is seeking a senior cloud advisory professional to drive adoption, span multiple work streams, and coordinate with product, engineering, and support teams to secure cloud infrastructure for government and education customers.

You will lead technical activities, maintain executive relationships, and translate complex requirements into actionable plans while ensuring compliant, scalable cloud solutions that serve the American people.

Qualifications

• US citizen eligible for Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 4 years of customer-facing experience managing cloud implementations or transformation programs.
• 1 year hands-on experience with modern software development practices, microservices, distributed systems, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities across multiple work streams focusing on cloud architecture, operations, and compliance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams as a customer advocate for new products, features, and bug fixes benefiting government and education customers.
• Plan for customer events and launches with Support, Product Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering; guide issues/escalations to resolution.
• Maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders; lead quarterly reviews and executive sessions; develop tactical plans for technical outcomes.

Role summary:

Drive product adoption, provide proactive problem avoidance, and recommend leading practices that help strategic customers accelerate digital transformations, secure cloud infrastructure, and scale cloud capabilities that serve the American people.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead technical activities across multiple work streams with key stakeholders and/or delivery partners that focus on cloud architectural advisory, operational excellence, and compliance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams as a customer advocate focused on new products, features, and bug fixes that benefit government and education customers.
• Partner with Support, Product Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to plan for customer events and launches, and work with customers and Support to guide issues/escalations to resolution.
• Manage stakeholder relationships as trusted technical advisor, lead quarterly reviews, host executive sessions, and develop tactical plans that foster successful technical outcomes.

Qualifications:

• United States citizen that will work from the United States.
• 4 years customer-facing experience managing cloud implementations or transformation programs that supported launch or capacity planning, product release management, technical support, escalation management, or consulting.
• 1 year hands-on experience working with modern software development practices, microservices-based architectures, distributed systems, and APIs, across a broad set of use-cases.
• Holds at least one Cloud professional-level certification while in the role.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
