Job summary

Gerdau is seeking a GFuture Engineering Technical Management Associate in Charlotte, NC. This 18‑month program develops future leaders through on‑the‑job learning, classroom training, mentorship, and cross‑functional projects across North America.

Participants will work on projects involving mechanical design, process optimization, and leadership delivery, with travel to client and supplier locations and exposure to AutoCAD, SAP, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering or related degree.
• Recent graduate within the last two years.
• Minimum GPA 2.5, preferred 3.0 or higher.
• Preference for degree-related internship experience.
• Well-rounded applicants with leadership roles in student activities.
• Willing to travel within the United States during the program.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering
• Or other applicable degree
• Recentcollege graduatewithin the last two years- recently completed or be in the process of completing degree before programstarts
