Job summary

Air Transport Services Group,Inc. seeks a flight training coordinator to maintain records, ensure timely course completion and file safety incident reports. You will assist in curriculum development and ensure compliance with paperwork requirements.

Applicants must hold B767/B757 type ratings, be fluent in English, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and hold the required FAA pilot certifications and flight instructor credentials.

Responsibilities

• File incident reports for safety observations and assist in curriculum development.

Job description

What You Will Do:

• Responsible for accurately maintaining all appropriate records to include student training record, student logbook, and computer records.
• Responsible for timely course completion of all flight students assigned, including completion of required paperwork.
• File incident reports as necessary to report any observed safety violations or situations that may affect flight safety and assists in the development of curriculum.

What You Need:

• Must hold B767 or B757 type rating
• Must be fluent in English
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Must hold current Airline Transport Pilot Certification
• Must be Certified as a Flight Instructor
• Must hold a current FAA Medical Certificate

Preferred:

• Previous flight training experience
