Position Description

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Identifies, collects, manages, and reports all Government property and material inventories in support of engineering, manufacturing, development, production, procurement, sustainment, and maintenance efforts. Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs management, technical, and business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

Education

  • BA/BS degree in relevant technical field.
  • Allowable substitution: Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree, or four (4) years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience

  • Required Experience: 3 to 10 years performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Desired Experience: At least one (1) year of NAVAIR identification, collection, management, and reporting of all Government property and material inventories in the program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and lifecycle management. A minimum of six (6) years out of the last ten (10) years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning.

Security

  • Active TS//SCI clearance with current background investigation is desired.
  • At minimum, Active Top-Secret clearance with current background investigation is required.
